Programs & Services
Mentor Programme
{Mentorship programme is designed to help teens find the career path that best suits them.}
Basic Obedience Class
Teaches basic obedience commands like sit, stay, come, and leash walking for dogs 9 weeks and older. Helps owners gain control and address common behavioral issues.
Conformation Class
Prepares AKC purebred dogs for show competition, teaching handlers skills in stacking, gaiting, and presentation in the show ring.
Rally Classes
A 7-week course teaching dogs to heel, stand for examination, recall, and stay in various positions. Includes both on and off-leash exercises.
AKC Canine Good Citizen Testing
A certification program rewarding dogs with good manners at home and in the community. Dogs must pass a test demonstrating basic obedience skills.

The Mississippi Gulf Coast Kennel Club (MGCKC) is an AKC licensed all-breed dog club established in June 2008. The club furthers the advancement of all breeds of purebred dogs, protects and advances the interests of dog shows and trials, and encourages sportsmanlike competition. MGCKC hosts conformation and obedience matches, classes, health clinics, and educates the public concerning responsible pet ownership.
