Founded in 1948, the Missouri School Counselor Association (MSCA) supports school counselors in their efforts to promote academic, career, and personal/social development for all students. MSCA provides professional development and advocates for counselors with legislators, parents, school boards, and other educational professionals, aiming to improve the school counseling profession and ensure equitable opportunities for all PK-12 students.
