The Mound City Bar Foundation, founded in 2005, is the charitable arm of the Mound City Bar Association, the oldest Black Bar Association west of the Mississippi. It supports minority pre-law students through scholarships and promotes diversity in the legal profession. The Foundation provides leadership and ensures justice for all by developing talented legal professionals.
Mission
The Mound City Bar Foundation works collaboratively with the Mound City Bar Association to advance professional development, improve the administration of justice, uphold the honor of the legal profession, improve diversity by offering scholarships, and provide service to the community.
