Mentor Programme
{Mentorship programme is designed to help teens find the career path that best suits them.}
Mustang Prep
An introductory program for swimmers, typically 11 years old and younger, focused on building fundamental stroke techniques, starts, and turns.
Futures Group
Prepares swimmers by building proper stroke technique and gaining racing experience.
Emerging Group
Trains with a focus on preparation for championship meets.
Age Group Performance
Trains swimmers to compete at the highest level, improving stroke efficiency.
Senior Group
A training environment for swimmers 13 and over that functions alongside and prepares swimmers for high school athletics.
Senior 2
For swimmers at least 13 years or older who have completed the 7th grade and demonstrate the four competitive strokes proficiently.
Senior 1
For swimmers 13 and over, who have completed 7th grade and do not meet, or exceed, the Senior 2 requirements.
