The Municipal Forum Youth Education Fund, founded in 1998, introduces NYC high school students to the municipal securities industry through the Urban Leadership Fellows (ULF) Program. This paid summer internship offers mentorship, training, and college scholarships, fostering future careers in public finance and providing financial assistance to interns entering college.
