My Hope Chest, founded in 2003, is a national non-profit that funds breast reconstruction surgery for uninsured and underinsured breast cancer survivors. It addresses physical and emotional needs, helping women regain confidence and completeness. The organization provides bill pay assistance and closes the chapter on cancer, enabling survivors to return to a normal life.
Mission
My Hope Chest restores self-esteem, dignity, and confidence to breast cancer survivors. They facilitate and fund reconstructive surgery for those who don’t have adequate financial means and educate survivors on their breast reconstruction options.
