My Sisters Closet Inc., founded in 2019, empowers women by providing career coaching, professional development training, and free professional clothing. They offer a Work Development Program with job readiness training, career counseling, and employment placement support. The organization also conducts courses for personal and professional growth, including interviewing skills, goal setting, resume writing, and financial literacy, fostering career success and spiritual and financial stability.
Mission
My Sister's Closet of MD empowers women in transition on their quest to achieve career and professional development. They extend their services to women who are unemployed and underemployed due to homelessness, domestic violence, public assistance status, previous incarceration and other extenuating circumstances.
