Napa Elks Hall Association, established in 1971, serves as the facility and fraternal organization for Napa Elks Lodge #832. Dedicated to charity, justice, brotherly love, and fidelity, the Elks support the community through benevolent programs and American patriotism. The RV PARK is open to all ELKS that are current with their dues.
