NAAWLI's annual leadership program develops entry- to mid-level leaders, providing opportunities for professional Black women to excel into leadership roles.
Advocacy
Advocates for policy changes to positively impact Black women and families, working to eliminate inequalities faced by Black women across all socio-economic levels.
Education and Leadership Development
Offers leadership activities, voter registration, and encourages entrepreneurship, training, and internships to increase Black Women in leadership roles.
Youth Development
Provides programs like College for Kids and Teens, and scholarships to expose young people to opportunities and guide them toward positive choices.
