Founded in 1923, the National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Inc. is a professional organization for women in education. Grounded in the Y.E.S. (Youth, Education, Service) program, the sorority's mission is to foster sisterhood among teachers and promote the highest ideals of the teaching profession. NSPDK trains youth and adults, preparing them to thrive in a democratic society. They offer teacher development, mentoring, and parent workshops.
