The New England Weavers' Seminar (NEWS) has been held biennially since 1955. It hosts workshops, lectures, galleries, and fashion shows. Member guilds participate, and awards are given for exhibits. NEWS provides textile enthusiasts the opportunity to learn, exhibit, and network.
