Inmates at Powder River Correctional Facility train rescued dogs with behavioral issues, increasing their chances of adoption and a loving home.
Trap-Neuter-Release Program
Humanely traps feral cats, neuters them, and releases them back to their territories to control the feral cat population.

Offers positive dog training methods and classes, aiming to build strong relationships between dogs and owners and teach humane training techniques.
