New Milford Affordable Housing (NMAH), founded in 1992, is the only local nonprofit building affordable, supportive housing for all ages and socio-economic ranges. NMAH provides high-quality, low-cost, modern housing and supportive programs to those in need, particularly children and families, and those transitioning from homelessness.

New Milford Affordable Housing provides high-quality affordable and supportive housing to local people in need in the Greater New Milford, CT region. NMAH is the only nonprofit in the area building affordable and supportive housing for all ages and socio-economic ranges.
