About
The NYC Pride Hockey Alliance, formerly the New York City Gay Hockey Association, has provided a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community and allies for 25 years. Founded in 1999, it organizes teams for adult hockey leagues, hosts the annual Chelsea Challenge tournament, holiday scrimmages, and social events. It is a registered 501(c)3 public charity that promotes diversity, inclusivity, and pride on and off the ice.
Mission
For 25 years, the New York City Pride Hockey Alliance has provided a safe-space for the LGBTQ+ community and its allies that celebrates inclusivity, fosters connection, and champions pride both on and off the ice.
