No Time To Waste, founded in 2012 in San Jose, CA, recovers surplus food from restaurants, grocers, and other businesses, redistributing it to charitable partners who provide meals and essential goods to at-risk individuals and families. They recover food 5 days a week and deliver to 22 partners, rescuing over 152,000 lbs of food and providing over 108,000 meals.
