Nonviolent Communication Santa Cruz, a nonprofit founded in 2004, provides NVC trainings and classes to the Santa Cruz community. They offer workshops for organizations and businesses, and make classes accessible to all through sliding scale tuition and scholarships. Co-founders include Jean Morrison and Rick Longinotti.
Mission
NVC Santa Cruz provides opportunities to learn lifelong skills for communicating with compassion and fostering mutual respect. They offer classes and resources to help individuals connect more deeply with others and address their own needs authentically.
