Youth Groups
A welcoming space for LGBTQIA+ youth (ages 12–18, grades 7–12) to connect, share experiences, and build community.
Adult Groups
Welcoming and affirming groups where LGBTQ+ adults can connect, share experiences, and build community.
Workshops
Workshops on various topics in partnership with local LGBTQIA+ supportive organizations.
Training
Training that includes self-assessment of attitudes & beliefs, vocabulary, dispelling myths and stereotypes.

NorCal OUTreach Project, founded in 2012, supports and unites the LGBTQIA+ community and allies in rural Northern California. They provide social connections, public events, support groups, and educational training, fostering inclusivity and celebrating diversity. They also host Redding Pride annually and strive to make the region safer and more accepting.
