Mentor Programme
{Mentorship programme is designed to help teens find the career path that best suits them.}
Adult Learn-to-Row
Two-day introductory courses teaching water safety, equipment, technique, and the rowing stroke. No prior experience is required.
Private Sculling Lessons
One-on-one coaching to learn basic rowing technique and safety precautions. Lessons can be scheduled at convenient times with a coach.
Experienced Rowers Program
Opportunities for scullers and sweep rowers of all levels, with recreational and competitive rowing options.
Middle School Program
Rowing program for 7th and 8th graders, focusing on teamwork and technique.
High School Program
Competitive rowing crew for 9th-12th graders, with a focus on training and competition.
