NCEDA, founded in 1986, is a 501(c)(3) affiliate of the Region Five Development Commission. It aims to create jobs by offering capital to businesses that can't secure funding elsewhere. NCEDA supports entrepreneurs, boosts economic activity, and backs innovation. They also provide technical assistance and homeowner loans for septic and well systems.
