NORTH GRAND NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES, founded in 2007, provides access to affordable rentals and homeownership in a three-block radius of Cottage Avenue, North Market Street, and Garfield Avenue in north St. Louis. They believe affordable housing helps stabilize communities and revitalize neighborhoods.
Mission
North Grand Neighborhood Services strives to develop their community with dignity, creating a safe place for neighbors to live, work, and play. They envision a future where area residents have worked cooperatively to reverse the cycle of poverty, violence, and neglect.
