North Star Imagination Library, founded in 2011, provides free, age-appropriate books monthly to children under five in Interior Alaska. Partnering with organizations like Tanana Chiefs Conference and Kids in Motion, they've delivered over 600,000 books as of May 2023, inspiring a love of reading and boosting early childhood literacy from birth until their fifth birthday.
Mission
Since 2008, North Star Imagination Library has been providing free, age-appropriate books every month to children under five in the Fairbanks North Star Borough, inspiring a lifelong love of reading.
