The North Winton Village Association (NWVA), est. 1995, is a volunteer group of residents and merchants in Rochester, NY, dedicated to making their neighborhood a great place to live, shop, and do business. A 501(c)(3) org, NWVA focuses on preservation, beautification, and cultural/educational activities to enhance the neighborhood's character.
