Northeast Missouri Caring Communities (NEMOCC), established in 1989, serves as Missouri's Community Partnership for northeast Missouri. They offer free services, including home visiting for prenatal to 36 months, GED classes, and fresh produce through the LFPA program. NEMOCC also provides back-to-school supplies and Christmas Adopt-A-Child holiday gifts.
