Northeast Oregon Water Association (NOWA), founded in 2016, is committed to securing a sustainable water future through responsible management. NOWA balances the needs of irrigators, municipalities, and the environment, addressing water allocation challenges to protect the region’s economy and way of life.

NOWA is dedicated to securing a sustainable water supply that meets the long-term needs of agriculture and local communities, ensuring resilience and reliability in Eastern Oregon. Through collaboration, advocacy, and proactive water management, we strive to protect and enhance the region’s water resources for all who depend on them.
