Programs & Services
Mentor Programme
{Mentorship programme is designed to help teens find the career path that best suits them.}
Fall Conditioning Program
Offers indoor conditioning sessions from early November through mid-January, including exercises and softball-specific actions.
Winter Conditioning Program
Runs from the end of the Fall program through the end of March, focusing on exercises and softball actions.
Spring Conditioning Program
Offered twice a week from late January until the start of the new season, preparing members for softball with strength, flexibility, and speed exercises.
August Pickup Games
Batting practice and “pickup” games at Braddock Park on Tuesdays and Thursdays between Summer and Fall seasons.
Batting Practice
Batting practices held at various locations from April through October on non-playdates (MWF).

Northern Virginia Senior Softball (NVSS), founded in 2001, provides recreational slow-pitch softball for men 50+ and women 40+. NVSS offers a fun way to stay active with seven-inning doubleheaders played on Tuesday and Thursday mornings across three conferences based on skill level.
