About
Northfield School of the Liberal Arts began as a traditional school for 25+ years. After COVID, they transitioned to hosting autonomous cohorts, small schools within the community. Each cohort, led by a teacher and group of families, defines its own educational constitution, while Northfield provides common rules and infrastructure. Northfield now serves as a host for these schools, fostering depth of relationship and personalized learning.
