The Ohio Ambulance and Medical Transportation Association (OAMTA), founded in 1989, advocates for EMS and medical transportation providers in Ohio. OAMTA promotes quality medical transportation across the state through representation, advocacy, and keeping members informed.

The OAMTA is organized to promote quality medical transportation, providing value to members while disseminating information pertaining to the industry in order to achieve long-term success of members. Its primary mission is to advocate and represent Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and medical transportation providers in the state, aiming to uphold the quality of medical transportation.
