The Oil Information Library of Wichita Falls, est. 1983, is a non-profit providing resources for oil and gas exploration and production. Originally Wichita Scouting Co-op, it gathers geological data for North and West Central Texas, preserving well drilling info to promote responsible energy development. Its facilities and resources are available to the public.
