The OK Program of Oakland, founded in 2020, is a mentoring and leadership development model focused on Black males aged 12-18. It aims to develop leadership & critical thinking, promote academic excellence, and reduce incarceration and homicide rates. The program improves relationships between law enforcement and the Black community through mentorship and empowerment.

The OK Program empowers African American men and boys to empower their communities through mentoring and leadership development. They focus on Black males, ages 12-18, providing critical support in their daily lives and fostering community transformation.
