Provides loans to Oklahoma farmers and ranchers to help them become owner-operators of family farms.
Rural Community Development Grants
Offers matching grants to FFA, 4-H, and other groups for rural civic improvement projects in Oklahoma communities with less than 20,000 people.
Scholarship Program
Provides one-time scholarships to Oklahoma high school graduates from rural areas to attend higher education institutions in Oklahoma.
