Founded in 2007, Opéra Louisiane enriches the Baton Rouge community by presenting high-quality, professional operatic performances with internationally acclaimed talent. Its mission includes educating school children and providing performance opportunities for Louisiana artists. Through programs like the Young People’s Opera, they've reached over 37,000 students. They also offer performances and events such as Lunch with Leanne, Opera Summer Soirée, and Sing and Swing, engaging the community and supporting local musicians and theater professionals.
