About
Operation Revamp, Inc., a 501(c)3 public charity founded in 2010 and based in Grand Junction, CO, established the Veterans Art Center in 2013. Its mission is to provide art and related opportunities to aid in healing mental health issues for Veterans, military family members, and others suffering from trauma through functional creative art studios. They aim to raise awareness of psychological scarring and the benefits of artistic practices in healing, providing resources in partnership with other agencies and non-profits.
Mission
Operation Revamp helps veterans heal through art and community by providing a space and necessities for creation, skills enhancement, and healing therapy. Their mission is wellness for those suffering from PTSD, TBI, MST, major depression, substance abuse, and many other mental or emotional disorders.
