Mentor Programme
{Mentorship programme is designed to help teens find the career path that best suits them.}
Regular Season Competitions
Organizes 4 leagues with 19 teams from 43 schools for regular season snowboarding competitions, offering structure, scorekeeping, clinics, rules, insurance, and apparel.
State Championship Competitions
Hosts State Championship snowboarding competitions over 5 days, providing judges, score keeping, structure, rules, awards, and apparel.
Shredwell College Scholarship
Awards a scholarship to a graduating senior who participated on an OISA team and is attending college or university.

OISA, founded in 2004, is a nonprofit offering competitive snowboarding for Oregon high schoolers. It provides events in Banked Slalom, Boardercross, Slopestyle, and Halfpipe. With a focus on coaching, safety, and fun, OISA builds individual achievement, teamwork, and lasting bonds.
Mission
OISA is dedicated to developing high school snowboarders in Oregon through excellent coaching, team development, and competitive events. They build individual achievement within an inclusive atmosphere, fostering lasting bonds among teammates and competitors while prioritizing safety and fun.
