The Ottawa River Coalition, founded in 1994, protects the Ottawa River watershed in Allen and Hardin counties, Ohio. Formed due to water quality concerns, it unites 45+ member organizations to balance responsible resource management with community needs.

The Ottawa River Coalition facilitates a balance between the wise use and management of the natural resource and the needs of the community. They work to understand and protect water quality in the Ottawa River watershed through collaborative efforts.
