Our Lady Queen of Angels Catholic Church, established in 1967 in Opelousas, LA, serves over 1,700 families. The parish was founded by Bishop Maurice Schexnayder. The first Pastor was Reverend Joseph C. Jaubert. The first Mass was celebrated in the Church-Hall in October 1968.
