Out Now Inc, founded in 2001 in Springfield, MA, is dedicated to empowering LGBTQ+ youth and allies. They provide a safe space for learning, friendship, and leadership skills development through anti-oppression organizing and peer support. Out Now offers health education, harm reduction workshops, and youth leadership programs, and is a founding partner of Springfield Pride. They create changes in systems and structures that support their true selves.
