Out of the Cold: Centre County, founded in 2015, provides shelter, food, and support services to individuals experiencing homelessness in the Centre County community. They offer a low-barrier shelter and work towards making homelessness a rare and brief event.

Out of the Cold is a community supported organization that answers the call to serve those experiencing homelessness in our community by providing shelter, food, and support services during the transition to permanent housing.
