Founded in 1978 by Robert and Charlotte Hullinger after their daughter's murder, Parents Of Murdered Children (POMC) provides support and assistance to survivors of homicide victims. Their vision is a world free of murder, achieved through emotional support, education, prevention, advocacy, and awareness.
