Founded in 1996, the Parrot Education & Adoption Center (PEAC) is a San Diego-based, all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit. PEAC is dedicated to educating current and potential bird owners on companion parrot care, rescuing and caring for relinquished parrots, and facilitating adoptions. They also offer classes.
