Pay It Forward House, est. 2005, offers respite and lodging for patients and their loved ones receiving medical treatment in DeKalb County & neighboring areas. Originally a hospitality house, it now partners with hotels to provide lodging. They offer food, lodging, emotional support and have provided over 21,840 nights of rest. Last year they served 29 guests for 333 nights.

Pay-It-Forward House provides a place of rest for patients and their loved ones during times of medical treatment in DeKalb county and neighboring counties, offering physical and emotional support in a homelike environment.
