About
The Pemberton Hall Foundation, founded in 2015 (though its roots trace back to earlier preservation efforts), owns, restores, preserves, and interprets Pemberton Hall, an 18th-century house museum in Salisbury, MD. As a volunteer-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the Foundation works to accurately restore and interpret Pemberton Hall Plantation through research, fundraising, and community engagement. They also persuaded the purchase of land for Pemberton Historical Park.
Mission
The Pemberton Hall Foundation was formed to restore and interpret this important vestige of our Chesapeake Bay regional heritage. The Hall and two acres are owned and maintained by the Foundation.
