Operating within the Penfield Fire District, they respond 24/7, funded by community donations. With roots dating back to the early 1800s, the company has evolved through reorganizations and modernization, remaining a vital presence in the town.
Mission
The Penfield Fire Company is comprised of 100% volunteers who respond 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to help anyone in the community during their time of need. They operate within a 30 square mile district covering over 11,500 residences.
