Founded in 1974, the Pennsylvania Association of Student Councils (PASC) empowers student leaders and advisors to develop skills for school and community improvement. With a 90-year history of student leadership, PASC connects students to opportunities at regional, state, and national levels, promoting excellence, student voice, collaboration, and compassion through various programs and conferences. PASC envisions leaders inspired, confident, and empowered to use their voices and put their skills into action for good in their schools, communities, and world.
Mission
The Pennsylvania Association of Student Councils develops and elevates leaders by providing opportunities, training, networking, civic engagement, recognition, and resources necessary for students and advisors to engage in their schools, communities, and world. PASC envisions leaders being inspired, confident, and empowered to use their voices and put their skills into action for good in their schools, communities, and world.
