The Pennsylvania Community Development and Finance Corporation (PCDfc), established in 1990, is a Certified Development Company (CDC) licensed by the SBA to administer the SBA 504 Loan Program. They provide financial assistance to new and growing Pennsylvania small businesses, including minority, women, and veteran-owned businesses, by offering fixed-rate, long-term financing with below-market interest rates, fostering job creation and economic growth, especially in Berks County and surrounding areas.
