People United For Families, also known as Partners for Otoe County (P4OC), was founded in 1994. P4OC serves as a backbone organization, strengthening partnerships among community groups, businesses, and individuals to create positive change for families, children, and individuals in Otoe County, Nebraska. They focus on building capacity and encouraging collective impact through various programs and initiatives.
