Pet Adoption League, founded in 1998 in Tulsa, OK, is a non-profit, all-volunteer, NO KILL animal rescue. They rescue dogs and cats, providing vet care and finding loving homes. PAL keeps animals in foster homes and shows them for adoption at PetSmart. Their mission is to save lives by preventing animals from entering shelters and being euthanized.
