Panora PETS (Protecting Even the Strays), founded in 2008, is a small Iowa-based nonprofit dedicated to humanely assisting stray and feral cats in the Panora community. Originally operating a shelter, they returned to their core mission of providing humane solutions and services for community cats through TNR (trap-neuter-release) and foster care.
