Phi Sigma Rho, founded in 1984, is a social sorority for women and non-binary persons in engineering and engineering technology. It aims to foster lifelong friendship, scholarship, and encouragement among its members, balancing academic demands with Greek life. The sorority's mission is in Re-Engineering Sorority Life by uniting members through a common goal, connecting them through an inherent spirit, and energizing them to lead dynamic lives.
Mission
Phi Sigma Rho is a national social sorority for women in engineering, engineering technology, and other similar technical studies. The organization is based upon the ideals of Friendship, Encouragement, and Scholarship, developing personal integrity, promoting academic excellence, and maintaining the bond of sisterhood.
