The Phillip M DeVito Foundation honors Phillip Michael DeVito's life and spirit. Founded in 2008, it provides tuition assistance through the Phillip DeVito Scholarship at Lake Catholic High School (established in 1999) and extends support to families and individuals facing hardships in the community. To date, the foundation has contributed almost $400,000 to over 325 recipients.

Created in 2008, the Phillip DeVito Foundation's mission is to assist individuals and families who are experiencing hardship, serious illness, or a catastrophic situation by providing resources to help meet their needs and the needs of their family.
