The Pine Park Association, founded in 1900, manages Pine Park, Hanover’s first natural area, preserved as a park. The 95-acre parkland features riparian and forest ecosystems. It serves as a central park for walkers, joggers, skiers, and nature enthusiasts. The association focuses on conservation, invasive plant control, trail maintenance, and riverbank restoration.
Mission
The Pine Park Association was formed in 1905 to preserve an initial 45 acres for the “public health, growth, and material prosperity of the Town of Hanover.
